Apprenticeship places

Our machining workshop in Martigny functions as a training centre for apprentice automation specialists and mechanics. At the end of their training these apprentices can be integrated into our operating groups.

Both types of apprenticeship run for a period of four years. The first two years are based in the workshop where young people receive basic training and attend courses in Sion or in Viège at the same time. During the following two years, they complete up to 24 weeks of work placements with our various operating groups (GEH).

It is also possible to undertake a placement with the company to assess different aspects of the profession and become familiar with the workplace.
