Our clients

Our clients are mainly the owners of electricity generating stations who assign the running and maintenance of their facilities to us.

Our customer relations revolve around three intermediaries:

• the site owner
• the asset manager
• the service provider

The owner determines the general management, operation and maintenance policy of the installation with his representative, the asset manager. The owner signs a contract with HYDRO Exploitation on this basis. Our role as service provider is to implement the maintenance policy of our clients, in partnership with the asset manager.
