Our employees are specialists in the operation and maintenance of hydroelectric facilities. As such, they are the practitioners and caretakers of specific know-how which is becoming increasingly rare in Switzerland. These skills are updated regularly through continuing education. The quality of our services is thus guaranteed.
HYDRO Exploitation is a member of the Continuing Education Commission of the Association suisse pour l’aménagement des eaux (Swiss Association for Water Management). Our efforts have helped to ensure that higher education establishments in Sion, Rapperswil and Horw offer seven continuing education modules designed for specialists in the field of hydroelectric power.
In addition, HYDRO Exploitation provides basic training to its personnel. In collaboration with a specialist educational establishment, it offers language courses at preferential rates.
